Allergens

Valley Milk has two allergens on site, Milk and Soy (lecithin).

Genetically Modified Organisms

This is to certify to the best of our knowledge that the above-mentioned products do not contain any raw material produced by genetically modified organisms (GMOs.).

recombinant Bovine Somatotropin (rBST) 

Valley milk herby certifies that the milk supplied to our facility do not come from cows that have been inject with recombinant Bovine Somatotropin (rBST). We certify that, or facility is rBST free.

Melamine Free

This is statement is to certify that the above-mentioned products are free of any Melamine and henceforth may be considered Melamine Free.

Antibiotic Free

We Certify that before milk is received to our facility it under goes antibiotic testing. All milk must test negative using the Charm SL3 Beta-Lactam method of testing before being received the milk is antibiotic free by California Sate standards.

Pesticides

We hereby certify that the products mentioned on page one and all starting raw materials are pesticide free.

Aflatoxins

We herby certify that the products listed on page one, the raw materials, and packaging are free from aflatoxins.

Gluten Free Statement:

We herby certify that our product does not contain glutens.

California Prop 65 Components

This product does not contain any chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or any other reproductive harm.

Valley Milk, LLC is aware is aware of FDA Bioterrorism regulations and fully complies with the terms of Bioterrorism preparedness and Response Act of 2002.
